1. Ordering & Subscriptions
- Orders can be placed via our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
- Subscription plans require advance payment (weekly/monthly).
- We reserve the right to modify meal plans based on ingredient availability.
2. Delivery Policy
- Delivery timings and areas will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses; we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect details.
- In case of unforeseen delays (traffic, weather), we will inform customers promptly.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Subscription Cancellation: Must be notified 24 hours before the next delivery.
- One time Orders: Cancellations must be made 6 hours prior to delivery for a refund.
- No refunds for delivered meals unless spoiled/misprepared (report within 2 hours of delivery).
4. Food Quality & Hygiene
- We maintain strict hygiene standards in preparation and packaging.
- Allergen/disclaimer: While we take precautions, customers with severe allergies must inform us in advance.
5. Payment
- We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
- Prices are subject to change with prior notice.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for any health issues arising from pre-existing conditions or food allergies unless negligence is proven.
- Customers must inspect meals upon delivery; complaints after 2 hours will not be entertained.
7. Privacy Policy
- Personal data (name, address, contact) is used solely for order processing. We do not share/sell your data.
